It all began in Brussels Belgium back in 1983 when we were the first to offer imported caviar under the name Bemka. It wasn't easy to start a business in a foreign land but we met all the government requirements and got started. Back then our biggest hurdle to overcome was to teach chefs how to work with caviar in the preparation of gourmet meals and foods. We trained chefs in the finest restaurants and resorts in the country.

The business quickly grew as europeans loved our Iranian caviar. In 1999 we decided to open a second location in Holland. Then in 1997 we began retail and wholesale distribution from a large warehouse in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Fort Lauderdale Florida is often called the Venice of the United States. There are so many communities with ocean access waterfront homes that we are often yacht provisioning for some of the wealthiest people in South Florida.
