Caviar goes through many steps before it finds its way to our retail store.

In the photos below we will explain the process of obtaining caviar and bringing it to or retail and online stores.

Here people are shopping and enjoying the caviar experience.

In our Fort Lauderdale center we have two walk-in coolers.

Anyone entering the walk-in coolers where the caviar is stored must wear gloves, white coat & hair covering.

The proper label will be applied to the jar or tin of caviar.

The caviar is weighed and one of two vacuums will be used to remove air from the package to preserve freshness.

The larger of our two vacuums will remove air from many containers at once.

Here we have Ossetra Caviar in tins and a smaller one in a jar. Ossetra is also known as Osetra and Asetra by the Iranians. Everything in the packaging process is done inside the walk-in cooler.

When we ship caviar it is always done in a styrofoam container with dry ice which will then be boxed and sent by next day air.

This machine will put a band around the box which contains the styrofoam container with dry ice.
